With the entry of the founder of TPA Real Estate Brands Lutz Grimm, we continue to revolutionize the real estate industry by digitizing and providing targeted data for future room concepts. 


  • Customer contact for the entire project process (strategic project and fire formation)

  • Advising customers on the type, scope and appropriateness of communication measures

  • Formulation and creation of budgets and a time / project planning

  • Briefing of the team and external employees

  • Requesting and negotiating offers (service providers and freelancers) and creating offers for customers

  • Supervising (organization, management and control) of the project processes (conception, implementation, production) always with the background of the strategic orientation and the developed guiding principle and according to the defined workflows (team / customer)

  • Coordination, preparation / follow-up and management of customer appointments and internal meetings

  • Sales planning and forecast

  • Project-related resource planning, project controlling

  • Project documentation, reviews and quality controlling


  • everal years of professional experience in customer care / advice, ideally in the brand agency environment

  • Sound work experience in the areas of content creation or marketing or brand consulting

  • Very good knowledge of German and English

  • Initiative, reliability and open-mindedness towards People and new tasks 

  • Communicative sensitivity and empathy as well as a safe and service-oriented demeanor
