Responsibilities

  • Manage the content and graphic design elements for web sites supporting the unit.
  • Responsible for content and technical development, implementation and maintenance of the sites, coordinating site links, and uploading material to the site.
  • Evaluates usability and utilization of web pages, implementing planned improvements based on user feedback.
  • Coordinate web projects across departments.
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
  • Work with design and marketing teams to implement digital campaigns
  • Create, manage and maintain global digital content for leading brands
  • Compile and coordinate digital content across multiple sites/platforms
  • Take responsibility for the quality assurance of sites and related digital assets
  • Ensure consistency in the presentation of digital content in accordance with UI and brand guidelines
  • Work with the marketing and commercial teams on the prioritisation and display of content in line with the approved content plan
  • Ensure content changes are actioned with speed and accuracy
  • Liaise with the commercial team regarding content related issues
  • Test new website functionality which impacts content delivery
  • Test and maintain tracking links
  • Assist with the development of web management processes and procedures

Skills/Requirements

  • University Degree, College Diploma with minor/major in Computer related field
  • Strong understanding of content management tools or similar is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders from senior management, through to development and creative staff
  • Detail oriented, persuasive, confident and diplomatic, and bright, fast learner.

At least 2 years experience in content management and build
