Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Solution Engineer who will have to meet the technical challenge and product expertise on our current solutions.


  • Being an expert in DataDome solution and understand : 
    • how the product works 
    • its implementation lifecycle 
    • the bot detection process 
    • the dashboards functionalities 
  • Taking ownership in solving issues reported by customers : researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues


  • Working experience within a support team for 3+ yearss 
  • Good understanding of website hosting, mobile application and other tech products 
  • Familiarity with help desk softwares 
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal 
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
  • Fluency in English
