Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you will help our wide array of international Enterprise customers to navigate the various Uberall products and educate them on how to generate a positive Return-on-Invest. Together with our colleagues from Customer Operations, the Customer Success Team is the face of Uberall towards our customers and we take a lot of pride in delivering the best service possible. You will be the perfect fit for this role, if you are - compassionate, strategic-minded and dedicated, combined with a deep understanding of how businesses work. 


  • You are responsible for the strategic positioning and implementation of our products with the customer
  • Maintain product expertise across all Uberall products
  • You identify customer-specific goals and, based on them, develop customised, optimal solutions for the use and application of our product
  • You are always close to the customer, continuously identifying individual optimisation potential, developing concepts for its implementation and implementing them in cooperation with the customer
  • You know your customers' performance KPIs, anticipate their next step and provide them with guidance towards the desired outcome
  • You are the first problem solver, accompany our customers, never leave them alone at different levels of escalation, and define measures and solutions with them. It is important to you to solve a problem for the customer sustainably and optimally
  • You work on maintaining and growing the value of your account portfolio


  • Ideally, software and/or start-up background (software technology, SaaS, cloud services, etc.)
  • You are very analytical, tech-savvy, have very good Excel skills and, ideally, knowledge of SEO
  • You understand the ecosystem and the interests of your customers, based upon which you can deduce service strategies and establish processes
  • You work in a very structured and forward-looking manner, keep the overview in sight, are attentive and do not let anything disturb you
  • You can prioritise in a goal-oriented manner while remaining flexible
  • In addition to a strong service-oriented approach, you have a high degree of communicative skills, sales talent, high-quality consulting skills as well as innovative entrepreneurial thinking
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • An academic degree or equivalent vocational training 
  • Fluency in German and business proficiency in English
