Job Summary

We are looking for people to join the product team as a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow the relationships with our amazing customers.   The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in artificial intelligence and partnering closely with Clinc Engineers and Customers to deliver amazing conversational experiences.  


  • Represent the voice of the customer within Clinc
  • Work closely with a team of Project Manager and Software Engineers to ensure delivery of conversational AI experiences to our customers
  • Translate these outcomes into partnership oriented action plan with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, and risks
  • Assist the Clinc product team in implementation and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Support development, execution, and improvement of the customer success lifecycle management process at Clinc
  • Assess technical issues and allocate resources/personnel toward resolution
  • Create value for customers by defining relationship requirements and high value business outcomes
  • Partner with Clinc’s sales team to explore opportunities to grow and expand customer relationships


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university (required)
  • 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, preferably with enterprise-level executives
  • Technical background, preferably within an innovation team or software development and deployment, and including experience troubleshooting and triaging implementation and production issues
  • A high degree of curiosity and a willingness to stretch, learn, develop, and at times be uncomfortable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel 20% of the time
  • Experience working in software development and agile environment (preferred)
  • AI experience is optional
