To make strategic plan for marketing to deepen Rakuten's engagement with customers


  • The members working together are diverse, ranging from marketers to business strategists, UX specialists and designers. It is the characteristic of our department that members with these different strengths learn together, unite and team up and advance measures. We are looking for those that can do their best to demonstrate their creativity and lead the team. 
  •  lead to take measures in planning to deepen engagement with customers by addressing there needs from a marketing perspective. 


  • Those who can understand the customer's heart, emotion, real intention, potential need and make use of it on various projects.

  • A person who can commit to achievement and realization of an impactful project

Required ability

  • Observational ability, imagination, empathy

  • Planning skills

  • Japanese skill (Fluent or above. Business level is not sufficient enough for this position)

  • TOEIC 800 or English level equivalent is required before entering Rakuten. If you do not have it, we may ask you to take English test.
