Wargaming is looking for a Marketing Specialist, focusing on Poland and Czech Republic to drive the development of the World of Tanks PC marketing.
The appropriate profile will be a Polish or Czech speaking native who has a deep knowledge and understanding of Poland and Czech Republic.
Implement global marketing strategy for World of Tanks PC in your region – execute marketing plans focused on customer acquisition in fast paced environment
Develop and manage external partner relationships across creative and media agencies and advertisers to bring your campaigns to life on TV, online, print, outdoor, etc.
Collaborate with internal teams e.g. Community Management, BizDev & Licensing, Influencer Marketing, Global Publishing and Global Marketing teams. Create impactful and scalable (digital) campaigns and channels
Help to optimize customer acquisition and win-back strategies for your markets
Be accountable of your territory audience and related marketing KPIs and budget, evaluate marketing campaigns performances and improve the funnel
Gather insights to support product and marketing decisions
Become the World of Tanks PC territory expert to drive the most impactful marketing campaigns across existing and new channels
Strong experience in digital marketing discipline either on the client, agency, or publisher side, with proven results in regional campaign planning and execution
Track record of solid project management and prioritization skills with high degree of ownership
Good understanding of regional media landscape e.g. digital, social, broadcast and print channels. Existing network of media agencies and partners
Passion and interest for video games and industry
Demonstrated analytical skills, and developed verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Polish or Czech
