Job Summary

As a product manager in customer strategy supervisory department, you will work on enhancement for Rakuten Ecosystem experience through the various products/programs/functions.

Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy, planning, development and growth hack for those products.

Tasks are

  • Plan the product strategy based on ecosystem experience strategy

  • Manage the product KPI, Marketing, User experience

  • Growth hack

  • Planning new functions

  • Direction of development

  • Project management

Skills/Requirements

  • Commitment for the result and planning experience strategy

  • Logical thinking, Issue solving, communication skill

  • Take responsibility to the action with analysis of data and hypothesis

  • Experience of Web master, Web product manager, Creative Director

  • Knowledge for Web standard and Web creation work flow

  • Knowledge for Web usability and accesiblity

  • Knowledge for Web front end technology

  • Fluent Japanese is required for this position.

    Near native fluency in written and spoken Japanese is required for this position.
